Commercial terms for BatchRouter accounts, prepaid credits, routed AI execution, acceptable use, and account responsibilities.

Service

Provider
Autonomous Computing AB operates BatchRouter, a control plane for quoting, routing, executing, and delivering asynchronous AI workloads.
Account
You are responsible for account users, API keys, submitted manifests, configured delivery destinations, and payment authorization for your workspace.
Availability
Routes, provider capacity, model availability, delivery timing, and pricing estimates can change as upstream providers and edge supply change.

Use of AI outputs

Review
AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for regulated decisions. Review outputs before relying on them in production workflows.
Restricted use
Do not submit illegal content, payment card data, credentials, malware, or data you are not authorized to process through the selected providers.
Provider terms
When a batch is routed to OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, or another provider, that provider may process the workload under its applicable service terms and privacy commitments.

Credits and charges

Prepaid credits
Credit packs are prepaid wallet value for future BatchRouter work. Submitting a batch reserves the quoted billable amount and finalization settles actual usage.
Minimum charge
Sub-cent quotes reserve and settle at the micro-dollar amount shown before create. The quote preview is the source of truth before submission.

Operations

Security
Keep API keys secret, rotate keys after suspected exposure, and use workspace roles that match each user's responsibilities.
Suspension
BatchRouter may limit or suspend access for abuse, security risk, unpaid obligations, unlawful use, or behavior that threatens service reliability.
Signed agreements
If you have a signed BatchRouter order form or data processing agreement, that signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms.
